RENEW-FOREVER provides digital satellite TV server renewal subscriptions. We act as a reseller and renewal service for supported servers including Apollo, GTMEDIA MARS, NASHARE, NETFLY, and VIP Package servers. Our services are delivered digitally and take effect upon activation on the respective server.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the device you are renewing
• You will provide accurate serial number or Box ID information
• Your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Orders and Payments

All purchases on RENEW-FOREVER are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency payments. By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses entered by you
• Payment confirmation times vary depending on network congestion and cryptocurrency used
• Prices are displayed in USD and converted to cryptocurrency at the time of payment

4. Service Activation

Upon confirmed payment, your server subscription will typically be activated within 1 to 5 minutes. In some cases activation may take up to 24 hours. If your subscription is not activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment, please contact our support team immediately.

Subscription periods are added to your existing expiry date — your remaining days are never lost when you renew.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for providing the correct serial number (SN) or Box ID for your device. RENEW-FOREVER is not liable for failed activations caused by incorrect device information provided by the customer. Use our Check Your Device tool to verify your details before ordering.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our services
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website
• Resell our renewal services without prior written authorisation
• Misuse our customer support channels or engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Server downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control (including upstream server providers). We will endeavour to notify customers of planned maintenance via our Server Status page.

8. Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return process is governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

• 4-day return window from purchase date for eligible issues
• Refunds issued in the original cryptocurrency used
• No refunds for successfully activated subscriptions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on renew-forever.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of RENEW-FOREVER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENEW-FOREVER shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our services
• Actions of third-party server providers

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
