We offer a 4-day free return from the date of purchase for eligible orders. If your server was not activated or you experience a verifiable technical issue, contact us within 4 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

1. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

Your server subscription was not activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment
The service is not working and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
You were charged twice for the same order
You received a different service than what you ordered
The request is made within 4 days of the original purchase date

2. Non-Eligible Situations

Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

The subscription was successfully activated and is working correctly
The request is made more than 4 days after purchase
The issue is caused by the customer's device, internet connection, or incorrect serial number entry
The customer changed their mind after activation
Server downtime due to maintenance or temporary outages (check our Server Status page)

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Because we accept cryptocurrency payments only, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, at the exchange rate at the time of refund. We are not responsible for price fluctuations between the purchase date and refund date.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. You will receive the refund to the wallet address used for the original payment.
