How does satellite TV server renewal work?
You purchase a renewal plan from our shop, enter your device serial number or Box ID at checkout, and pay with cryptocurrency. Once your payment is confirmed (usually within minutes), your subscription is automatically activated on the server. No manual steps needed from your side.
How long does activation take after payment?
Activation is instant in most cases — typically within 1-5 minutes of payment confirmation. Crypto transactions usually confirm within 1-30 minutes depending on network congestion. If more than 1 hour passes without activation, contact our support on Telegram or WhatsApp.
Does my current subscription get extended or replaced?
Your subscription is extended from your current expiry date, not from today. So if you have 30 days left and you buy a 3-month renewal, you will have 30 days + 3 months total. You never lose existing time.
Can I renew before my subscription expires?
Yes, and we recommend renewing early to avoid interruption. Your remaining days are preserved and the new period is added on top.
Where do I find my Serial Number (SN)?
For most devices: look at the sticker on the bottom or back of your box. You can also find it in the device menu under Settings > System Info or About. The SN is usually 12 digits.
Where do I find my Box ID for GTMEDIA MARS?
For GTMEDIA MARS boxes, the Box ID is found in the device menu: Settings > Device Info > Box ID. It is usually 10 digits. Make sure to enter it exactly as shown.
Can I check my device status before buying?
Yes! Use our Check Your Device tool. Enter your serial number and it will show you which services are active, their expiry dates, and what options are available for renewal.
My serial number is not recognized. What should I do?
Double-check the number carefully — it is easy to confuse 0 (zero) with O (letter) or 1 (one) with I (letter). Make sure you are selecting the correct device type (Box, NETFLY, MARS, NASHARE). If it still fails, contact us with your SN and we will check manually.
What cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept over 100 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin, and many more. All payments are processed through NOWPayments.
Is cryptocurrency payment safe?
Yes. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments, a reputable payment processor. Transactions are verified on the blockchain and cannot be reversed by either party, which protects both you and us.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less than required, the payment may not confirm. If you send more, the difference is usually non-refundable due to the nature of crypto. Always double-check the exact amount shown at checkout before sending.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a renewal has been activated. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve it.
What servers do you support?
We support Apollo Servers (Europe, Middle East & North Africa, Asia, South America, Spain), GTMEDIA MARS (Global, Europe, Spain), NASHARE V2 and NASHARE 2, NETFLY (Standard and VIP), and VIP Package (Global and Europe).
Which TV channels are available?
Coverage depends on the server type and plan. Most plans include beIN Sports, O*N, Sky IT, Sky DE, Sky UK, D*TV and many regional channels. Check the specific product page for detailed channel information.
What do I do if my server is down after renewal?
Check our Server Status page first — community reports show real-time uptime. If the server is reported down, it is usually temporary and resolves within a few hours. For persistent issues, contact support.
