Every renewal needs your device serial. Here's where to find it on Apollo, GTMEDIA Mars, Nashare V2, Funcam, VIP Package, and Netfly devices — with menu paths and examples.
Click the matching brand below to see exact menu instructions.
Also printed on the back sticker as "STB ID" or "Device ID".
Renew Apollo →12 digits, all numeric. Mars uses "Box ID" specifically.
Renew Mars →12 hex characters, lowercase. Same field across V2 Premier & V2 Pro.
Renew Nashare →Often prefixed with "FNC". On Tiger / Geant / Starsat receivers.
Renew Funcam →Most Starsat / StarSense / Echolink boxes. Sometimes called "STB ID".
Renew VIP Package →Usually shorter — 8-12 chars. May start with the username prefix.
Activate Netfly →For most receivers it's a 12-character hexadecimal code like 8A2F09E1B4C7. Some devices show shorter 8-character or longer 16-character codes. Copy exactly what your menu displays — the renewal system is case-sensitive.
Try Information → Software Info, Tools → System Info, or look at the sticker on the back / bottom of the receiver. The serial is often printed there next to the bar code.
No. The MAC is 17 characters with colons (00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E). The serial is a continuous string of letters and numbers without separators. Always use the serial for renewal — never the MAC.
Each subscription is bound to one device serial. The provider (Apollo, Nashare, Funcam, etc.) checks your serial against their database to confirm an active subscription and apply the new expiry date. Without it, we can't process the renewal.
Yes — use the device's HDMI output to a phone (with a USB-HDMI capture stick), connect via the manufacturer's mobile app where supported, or check the printed sticker on the receiver itself.
