How to order & activate
- Make sure your device software is up to date and it is connected to the internet with a good signal.
- Find your device Serial Number (SN) — usually under Menu → System Settings → About / STB Info, or on the label under the device.
- Enter your serial on our Check Your Device page to see the exact plans and durations available for it.
- Complete the order. Activation is usually done within minutes. After activation, restart your device.
