How to Renew Your VIP Package
Step 1 — Find your serial number
The serial number for your VIP Package subscription is the 12-digit code on your satellite receiver. Find it on the sticker at the bottom of the device, or in Menu > System Info.
Step 2 — Check your current subscription
Go to our Check Your Device tool and enter your serial number. You’ll see which VIP Package services are active, your expiry date, and all active channel groups.
Step 3 — Choose your duration
Pick 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. The 12-month plan is the most cost-effective option. Remember: your remaining days are always preserved when you renew early.
Step 4 — Pay and activate
Pay using your preferred cryptocurrency. Activation is automatic within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation.
