How to Sell on
RENEW-FOREVER Marketplace

List for free, receive buyers in your local currency, renew their device, and earn. This guide covers everything from application to getting paid.

assignment Step 1 — Apply to the Marketplace

Submit your application
Go to Marketplace Apply and fill in the form. You will need to provide:
  • Business name, email, phone, and WhatsApp/Telegram
  • Your country and the currency you accept from buyers
  • The services you can renew (Apollo, MARS, NASHARE, etc.)
  • The payment methods you accept (Vodafone Cash, Instapay, USDT, etc.)
Listing is 100% free. There is no upfront fee. We only charge a small commission per completed order.

Wait for approval
Our team reviews applications and approves within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with your dashboard login credentials. Your listing goes live on the Marketplace immediately.
Important: Save your password from the approval email — it cannot be retrieved later. If you lose it, contact us to reset it.

Log in to your dashboard
Visit Seller Dashboard and log in with the username and password from your approval email.

Set your prices
In the My Products tab, set your local price for each service and duration you offer. Buyers will see your price in your local currency.
Tip: Check competitor prices in the Marketplace. Setting a competitive price increases your chances of getting orders.

Write your payment instructions
In the Account tab, fill in your payment instructions clearly. Tell buyers exactly how to pay you — for example:
"Send to Vodafone Cash: 01XXXXXXXXX — Name: Ahmed Mohamed. Include your order number in the note."
Tip: Clear payment instructions reduce confusion and speed up order completion. The faster you confirm, the better your reputation.

A buyer places an order
When a buyer picks you from the Marketplace, an order appears in your My Orders tab. You will also receive an email notification. The order shows the buyer's serial number, the service and duration they want, and the amount to charge.

Buyer sends payment and uploads proof
The buyer follows your payment instructions and uploads a screenshot of the transaction. You will see the screenshot in the order details. Verify the payment yourself — check your Vodafone Cash, bank account, or wallet to confirm the money arrived.
Never renew before confirming payment. Screenshots can be faked. Always check your own account first.

Renew the device and confirm the order
Once you have confirmed payment:
  1. Log in to your renewal panel (e.g. Apollo, GTMEDIA) and activate the subscription for the buyer's serial number
  2. Come back to the order in your dashboard and click Confirm Order
  3. The system will verify the new expiry date via the server API and mark the order as completed
After you confirm, the buyer receives an automatic email with their new expiry date. The order is closed.

How commission works
Every time an order completes, we add a 5% commission (of the order value in USD) to your platform debt. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee — you only pay for orders you actually complete.

Debt limit and suspension
Your debt accumulates with every order. When it reaches $5.00, your listing is automatically paused — new buyers will not see you in the Marketplace. Existing orders are not affected. Once you pay your debt, your listing is reactivated immediately.
You will receive a warning email when your debt reaches 50% of the limit ($2.50). Pay before it hits $5 to avoid any interruption.

Check your current debt
Log in to your Seller Dashboard and open the Commission & Debt tab. You will see your current debt, the debt limit, and the USDT wallet address to pay.

Send USDT to the platform wallet
Send the amount you owe (or more) in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) to the wallet address shown in your dashboard. In the memo or transaction note, include your Seller ID so we can match your payment.
Tip: You can always pay in advance — sending more than your current debt simply reduces future debt earlier.

We record the payment and reactivate you
Once we confirm your USDT payment, we will mark it as paid in our system. Your debt resets and your listing goes back live on the Marketplace. You will receive a reactivation email.
Reactivation is immediate once payment is recorded. Reach us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your transaction hash to speed things up.
