Step by Step: How to Renew Forever Server Online
Step 1 — Check your device first
Before buying, visit our Check Your Device page and enter your serial number. This confirms your SN is valid and shows your current expiry date. It takes 30 seconds and is completely free.
Step 2 — Browse available plans
Go to our shop. Plans are organised by server type. Select the one that matches your current subscription. If you are not sure which server type you have, the Check Your Device tool will tell you.
Step 3 — Add to cart and enter serial number
Select your plan duration (3, 6 or 12 months). On the product page, choose your variant if available, then click RENEW NOW. At checkout, enter your serial number in the field provided. Double check it carefully before proceeding.
Step 4 — Pay with cryptocurrency
We accept over 100 cryptocurrencies. The most commonly used are:
- USDT TRC20 (Tron network) — fastest confirmation, lowest fees
- Bitcoin (BTC) — widely available, 10-30 minute confirmation
- Ethereum (ETH) — available at most exchanges
- Litecoin, Dogecoin, and 100+ others
Send the exact amount shown to the wallet address provided. Do not send from an exchange that does not support external withdrawals.
Step 5 — Automatic activation

How Long Does Renewal Take?
Activation is instant once payment confirms. Crypto confirmation times vary:
- USDT TRC20: Usually 1-3 minutes
- Bitcoin: Usually 10-30 minutes
- Ethereum: Usually 2-5 minutes
If your subscription is not active 1 hour after payment confirmation, contact our support immediately with your order number.
Renewal Not Working? Common Issues
Wrong serial number entered
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp before the activation processes. Once activated to the wrong SN, we need to manually investigate to resolve it.
Payment sent but not confirmed
Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer using your transaction hash. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but your subscription is not active, contact support with the transaction hash.
Channels not restored after activation
Restart your receiver. If still not working after 10 minutes, check our Server Status page. If the server is showing as operational, contact support.
