How to Sell on
RENEW-FOREVER Marketplace
List for free, receive buyers in your local currency, renew their device, and earn. This guide covers everything from application to getting paid.

Step 1 — Apply to the Marketplace

Submit your application
Go to Marketplace Apply and fill in the form. You will need to provide:
- Business name, email, phone, and WhatsApp/Telegram
- Your ManageMango reseller username — required (see section above if you don't have one)
- Your country and the currency you accept from buyers
- The services you can renew (Apollo, MARS, NASHARE, etc.)
- The payment methods you accept (Vodafone Cash, Instapay, USDT, etc.)
Listing is 100% free. There is no upfront fee. Your first 3 orders are completely commission-free — try the platform with zero risk! After that, we charge a small 5% commission per completed order.

Wait for approval
Our team reviews applications and approves within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with your dashboard login credentials. Your listing goes live on the Marketplace immediately.
Important: Save your password from the approval email — it cannot be retrieved later. If you lose it, contact us to reset it.

Step 2 — Set Up Your Seller Dashboard

Log in to your dashboard
Visit Seller Dashboard and log in with the username and password from your approval email.

Set your prices
In the My Products tab, set your local price for each service and duration you offer. Buyers will see your price in your local currency.
Tip: Check competitor prices in the Marketplace. Setting a competitive price increases your chances of getting orders.

Write your payment instructions
In the Account tab, fill in your payment instructions clearly. Tell buyers exactly how to pay you — for example:
"Send to Vodafone Cash: 01XXXXXXXXX — Name: Ahmed Mohamed. Include your order number in the note."

Tip: Clear payment instructions reduce confusion and speed up order completion. The faster you confirm, the better your reputation.

Step 3 — Receiving and Completing Orders

A buyer places an order
When a buyer picks you from the Marketplace, an order appears in your My Orders tab. You will also receive an email notification. The order shows the buyer's serial number, the service and duration they want, and the amount to charge.

Buyer sends payment and uploads proof
The buyer follows your payment instructions and uploads a screenshot of the transaction. You will see the screenshot in the order details. Verify the payment yourself — check your Vodafone Cash, bank account, or wallet to confirm the money arrived.
Never renew before confirming payment. Screenshots can be faked. Always check your own account first.

Renew the device and confirm the order
Once you have confirmed payment, you have two ways to renew:
- From your dashboard (recommended): Open the Renew tab, enter the serial number, pick the service and duration — it fires through the CoinMango API instantly and charges your RF wallet.
- From your external panel: Log in to ManageMango, Apollo, or whatever panel you use and renew there manually.
- Come back to the order and click Verify Renewal — the system checks the new expiry date via the API and marks the order completed.
After verification, the buyer receives an automatic email with their new expiry date. The order is closed.

The Renew tab — renew any device without leaving your dashboard
You no longer need to switch between RENEW-FOREVER and your ManageMango panel for every order. The Renew tab (second tab in your seller dashboard, right after Orders) lets you renew any device directly — it goes straight through the CoinMango API and charges your RF wallet.
- Open the Renew tab in your dashboard
- Enter the buyer's device serial number and click Check Device
- All available services appear with their expiry status — active, expired, or never activated
- Choose the duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year — whatever CoinMango offers for that device)
- The renewal fires instantly. Your wallet is charged, and the new expiry date is shown on screen
Pricing: You pay the CoinMango wholesale price + $2 per renewal — well below retail. Whatever you charged your buyer minus this cost is your net profit. Example: buyer pays you $20, renewal costs you $12 wholesale + $2 = $14 total → $6 profit in your pocket.
Balance required: Your RF wallet must have enough credit to cover the renewal cost before you can proceed. If a period button appears greyed out, it means your balance is too low for that option — use the Top Up button in the Renew tab to add funds, then retry.

My Renewals history
Every direct renewal is logged at the bottom of the Renew tab under My Renewals. You can see the serial number, service, amount charged, and the new expiry date for your last 30 renewals — useful for confirming an order was processed before clicking Verify.

Free trial & how commission works
Your first 3 completed orders are 100% commission-free. This lets you try the platform with zero cost. You can see your trial progress in the seller dashboard.
After the free trial, we add a 5% commission (of the order value in USD) to your platform balance. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee — you only pay for orders you actually complete.

Debt limit and suspension
Your debt accumulates with every order. When it reaches $5.00, your listing is automatically paused — new buyers will not see you in the Marketplace. Existing orders are not affected. Once you pay your debt, your listing is reactivated immediately.
You will receive a warning email when your debt reaches 50% of the limit ($2.50). Pay before it hits $5 to avoid any interruption.

Check your current balance
Log in to your Seller Dashboard and open the Account & Stats tab. You will see your current debt, the debt limit, and a green Top Up button.

Top up directly from your dashboard
Click the Top Up button and choose an amount: $5, $10, $15, $20, $30, $50, $100, or $200. You will be redirected to our secure checkout page where you can pay using your preferred payment method (Binance Pay, USDT, etc.).
Once your payment is confirmed, your balance is updated automatically — no waiting, no manual approval needed.

Tip: Top up in advance to build credit (up to $5 credit). This way, your commission is covered before orders come in, and you never have to worry about suspension.

Auto-reactivation if suspended
If your account was suspended due to reaching the debt limit, simply top up any amount. Once the payment goes through and your debt drops below the limit, your account is reactivated automatically and your listing goes live again. You will receive a confirmation email.
Reactivation is instant. No need to contact support — the system handles it the moment your payment is confirmed.

Alternative: Manual USDT payment
You can also send USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) directly to the wallet address shown in your dashboard. Include your Seller ID in the memo and contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your transaction hash for manual confirmation.

Step 6 — Your Seller Reputation

How reputation tiers work
As you complete orders and receive positive reviews from buyers, you earn reputation tiers. Higher tiers give your listing more visibility and trust in the Marketplace.

Tip: Fast completion times and clear communication lead to positive reviews. Reply to buyer messages quickly and confirm orders as soon as the renewal is done.

Your public seller profile
Every active seller gets a public profile page at renew-forever.com/seller/your-name/. This page shows:
