How to Buy a Renewal
from the Marketplace
Find a local seller, pay in your currency, and get your device renewed — no crypto needed.

Step 1 — Check Your Device

Find your Serial Number
Look at the sticker on the bottom or back of your satellite box. The serial number (SN) is usually 12 digits. You can also find it inside the box menu under Settings → System Info or About.
Tip: For GTMEDIA MARS boxes, use the Box ID found under Settings → Device Info → Box ID (usually 10 digits).

Check your device status
Visit Check Your Device, enter your serial number, and select your device type. You will see all active services, their expiry dates, and what renewals are available.

Step 2 — Find a Seller

Go to the Marketplace
Visit the Marketplace. Use the filters to narrow down sellers:
- Country / Currency — pick your local currency so you can pay with local methods
- Service — select the server type your box uses (Apollo, MARS, NASHARE, etc.)
- Duration — choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year

Pick a seller and click "Order"
Compare prices and payment methods. When you find a seller that fits, click the Order button next to their listing. This opens the order form.
Tip: Check the seller's payment instructions before ordering so you know how they want to be paid (Vodafone Cash, Instapay, bank transfer, etc.).

Step 3 — Place Your Order

Fill in the order form
On the order page, enter:
- Your name and email — for order confirmation
- Your serial number — the device you want renewed
- Service and duration — confirm what you are buying

Pay the seller directly
Follow the seller's payment instructions exactly — send the amount in their local currency using the method they specified (e.g. Vodafone Cash number, bank account, USDT wallet). After paying, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Important: Always pay the exact amount shown. Do not pay before reading the seller's payment instructions on the order page.

Upload your payment screenshot
Back on the order page, upload the payment screenshot and click Submit Payment Proof. The seller will review your screenshot and confirm the payment.

Step 4 — Wait for Your Renewal

Seller confirms and renews your device
Once the seller verifies your payment, they will activate the renewal on your serial number. You will receive a confirmation email showing your new expiry date. The whole process typically takes under 30 minutes during business hours.
Tip: You can track your order status at any time via the order page link in your confirmation email.

Restart your box to apply the renewal
After receiving the confirmation email, turn your satellite box off and back on. Your new expiry date should appear immediately. If your box is still showing the old date after 10 minutes, contact support.
