Step 1 — Check Your Device
Find your serial number
The SN is on the sticker on your box, or in the device menu under Settings. You will need it to check your device and place an order.

Enter your serial & check
Find your serial (sticker on the box, or Settings → System Info), enter it on Check Your Device, and see your options.

Step 2 — Find a Seller
Browse the Marketplace
Filter sellers by your country, currency, and the service your box uses. Compare prices and payment methods to find the best match.

Pick a local seller
Open the Marketplace, filter by your country, and tap Order on the seller you like.

Step 3 — Place Your Order
Fill in the details and submit
Enter your name, email, and serial number. The seller's payment instructions will appear on the order page after you submit.

Fill the form, pay, upload proof
Enter your name, email and serial. Pay the seller with their method, screenshot it, and upload the proof.

Pay the exact amount shown — and only after reading the seller's instructions on the order page.

Step 4 — Wait for Your Renewal
Renewal is on the way
The seller will verify your payment and activate the renewal. You will get a confirmation email. Then just restart your box.

Get renewed — then restart your box
The seller confirms your payment and renews your serial (usually under 30 min). You get a confirmation email with your new date — restart your box to apply it.

$50 Security Deposit
Sellers lock a $50 deposit. If they fail your order, the cost is deducted from their deposit.
48-Hour Guarantee
Orders auto-cancel if not completed within 48 hours. We step in and handle it directly.
One Order at a Time
Sellers handle one order at a time, so yours gets their full attention.
